Old Fashioned Valentine

A booze-forward cocktail introduced to us by its creator, Natalie Migliarini.

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

Stir then strain over ice into a rocks glass.

Best enjoyed with a salted chocolate truffle.

• 2 oz favourite whiskey or bourbon

• 1/4 oz honey simple syrup

• 2 dashes chocolate bitters​​​​

Honey simple syrup:

• Stir equal parts honey into hot water until evenly mixed
