An experiment in making oleo saccharum - a delightful lemon syrup - led to the creation of this delish cocktail. It is absolutely worth making the oleo saccharum the day before. Cheers!

Zhuzh it up!
We had lemon juice left from making the oleo sacchraum, which we froze into small fun-shaped ice (about 1.5 tbsp each). You can add one or two of these to your glass and as it melts, the drink gets even lemony-er!
You could also add lemon zest to the sugar for the rim of the glass. The more lemon the better, right?
We garnished our drink with a dried lemon peel from making the oleo sacchraum.
