Pineapple Express Cocktail

Because a fruity tropical drink hits the spot, whenever, wherever.

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain over a glass with more ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

• 2 oz bourbon

• 1/2 oz amaretto liqueur

• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

• 3 oz pineapple juice

Optional: Top up with tonic or soda water for a lighter, less boozy version.
