Salt the rim of a glass, then add:

• 2 oz grapefruit juice

• 2 oz tequila

• 1/2 oz lime juice

• 1/3 oz simple syrup *with tarragon

• 2 oz club soda​​​​

Simple Syrup with Tarragon:

• In a small saucepan combine: 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar and a bunch of tarragon *or whatever fresh herb you choose. Heat and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain and keep syrup in a jar.
